"Very Impressed"

The installers arrived as scheduled and worked in the blazing heat on the metal roof until the gutter was removed and newly installed. Very impressed with that alone. The gutter looks great. It hasn't rained enough yet to test it but I have no concerns, nor do I have any hesitation in recommending them.

La Rain Professionals are exactly what you would expect with their company name...Professionals... don't waste your time or your money on the competition as they are the only licensed gutter installers around. I have used them for 2 separate jobs and both experiences were consistent with regards to showing up on time, reasonable prices, great warranties, great customer service and gutters that has proven the test of these Louisianaian storms!!! I normally never write a review but after all the bad experience I have had with the other guys, I figured what the heck let me pay it forward. So if you want someone to waste your time and money go with the other guy, but if you want the job done by a great group of professionals call these guys!!! They are awesome yall, believe that.

"Great Work!"

I used L.A. Rain Pros to have my gutters installed last summer. Then had them come back about 4 months ago to install the leaf guards for the gutters, which I totally recommend doing. They do great work. They are efficient. They don't waste your time. The whole process was well executed and operated like a well oiled machine. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing their services. I also liked that I didn't have to do both the gutters and leaf guard all at once. I was able to space the work out based on my budget and it didn't cost me more to split the jobs up.

I had gutters installed on the back of the house in 2020. Mr. Nesbitt I believe came out to give me an estimate. Working with a lady who didnt know much, he was very thorough! Great customer service, great price and the guys were very professional who installed the gutters In 2021 LaRain Pro cut and capped off some old gutters on the front of the house that was there before I moved in. The facia had water damage. The second time the guy (hate I cant remember his name) came out to take pics and give me an estimate -He was very nice and he listened to what I was trying to tell him. I wasnt quite sure how to describe to him what was going on, but he was patient He worked with me and we figured it out. The office staff was very helpful and professional as well over the phone & sending reminder text and emails. Thanks LaRainPro.
